Multinational manufacturers Oppo, Samsung, Vivo and Xiaomi had to halt their production in India following an announcement of a nation-wide lockdown imposed by the government of India. However with the recently announced relaxations for green and orange zones in the country and the government slowly lifting restrictions, these manufacturer have resumed operations at their respective factories across the country in limited capacity. Xiaomi's manufacturing partner Foxconn have also received permission to resume production at their factory in Andhra Pradesh state.

Xiaomi's sub-brand of gaming-friendly smartphones will launch their all new Black Shark 3 series in Europe on May 8. The company will bring both Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro smartphones featuring Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 SoC with 5G connectivity to consumers in the European region starting May 8 for open sales. Redmi Note 9 Pro Max made it's debut in India back in the month of March, and now we have Xiaomi launch the smartphone globally, re-named as Redmi Note 9 Pro. The handset will ship from mid-May in two storage variants and three colors. Xiaomi announced their latest Mi Note 10 Lite smartphone for the global platform. The handset will be made available starting mid-May and will retail for a price beginning at €349 or $381 for the base option, coming in three colors and two variants. Xiaomi added a Snapdragon 730G chipset on board along with a 6.47" 3D curved display with on-screen fingerprint scanner, 64MP primary camera module, 16MP selfie camera, 6GB/8GB RAM and a 5260mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging.

Qualcomm announced Quick Charge 3+ for Snapdragon 765 and Snapdragon 765G mobile platforms, that will be offered to more upcoming processors later this year. The company mentioned that, Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite Zoom will be the world’s first smartphone to bring both Quick Charge 4+ and Quick Charge 3+ charging technology integrated to Snapdragon 765G SoC. The news also confirms this to be the same Mi 10 Youth 5G launched in China featuring their first 50x periscope camera.

Xiaomi is all set to introduce their newest addition to the Mi Note 10 lineup tomorrow in mainland China.
